This system suspends your gimbal rig from a Slingshot 20 Vibration Isolator mounted on a PortaRail, enabling each end of the pipe to be carried by an operator or grip.The upturned "U" design of the pipe clamp enables you to quickly dock your rig using two separately available light stands. Supporting up to approximately 20 lb rigs, the Lightning Rod kit includes two 40" PortaRail sections, two pipe clamp light stand mounts, and two end caps in addition to the Slingshot 20.
