Knowing the distance to your target is vital, and the Vortex 10x42 Ranger HD 3000 Laser Rangefinder Binoculars make it clear just like the view itself. The LRF has a range of 3000 yards to a reflective target and offers line of sight and angle compensated readings and ranging modes for nearby, far-off, and partially obstructed targets. Fully multicoated lenses transmit optimal light for clarity, contrast, and true colors, while the red OLED display shows you relevant info at a glance. Fog and waterproof, the binoculars are powered by one CR123A battery.Optical Performance 10x magnification, 42mm objective lensesCompact roof prismsHigh-density glass for overall image sharpness and clarityAntireflective fully multicoated optics increase light transmission and improve color rendition, contrast, and image brightness335' field of view at 1000 yardsLaser Rangefinder Measure distance in yards or meters6 to 3000 yards metering range to reflective surfaceHorizontal Component Distance (HCD) reticle/display shows adjusted range to target based on distance and angle for improved accuracyLine of sight mode for longer shots or when using ballistic cards or appsSpot mode ranges to a single stationary targetScan mode continually updates the distance readings when panning across a landscape or tracking a moving animalTarget modes: normal; first for ranging a smaller target in front of other larger or more reflective objects; and last for ranging a specific target behind a group of objects like brush, trees, and rocksIlluminated display with five intensity settingsIn-view battery status indicatorUse and Handling Closed-bridge configurationLarge knurled center focusing wheelLeft-eye dioptric correctionRight-eye reticle/display focusTwist-up eyecups for easy use with or without eyewearTripod mountable with optional adapterGlassPak binocular harness stores and protects your binoculars while keeping them close at hand for quick deploymentTethers attach to your binocular for added security against accidental drops while the fully adjustable straps create a comfortable fitConstruction Details ArmorTek coatings protect exterior lens surfaces from scratches, oil, and dirtRubber armoring protects chassis and provides a slip-resistant gripNitrogen-filled for fog and waterproof performance in all weather conditionsTethered objective lens caps prevents loss and keeps them closeOne-piece ocular rainguard prevents water buildup in eyecups
