Description
The M1100XL Medical Grade UPS from CyberPower delivers clean, consistent backup power to sensitive medical equipment in hospitals and healthcare facilities. Designed for use in patient care vicinities, the M1100XL has been tested to meet UL 60601-1 requirements, and includes a hospital-grade NEMA 5-15P-HG plug with a 6' cord and six NEMA 5-15R-HG outlets, all of which provide battery and surge protection. The M1100XL also includes a built-in isolation transformer to minimize the current leakage and eliminate line noise, a tip-resistant mini-tower design, replaceable batteries, and a sealed, spray-resistant LCD panel. This mini-tower device features line-interactive topology, a simulated sine waveform output, an output capacity of 1100 VA / 800W, an input voltage range of 88-150 VAC at 60 Hz 3 Hz, and Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) to help correct minor power fluctuations without switching to battery power. When running with a full load, this UPS can power devices for up to 10 minutes. When running with a half load, it can power devices for up to 25 minutes and can be recharged up to 90% in eight hours, plus absorb up to 1445 joules to keep your devices safe against surges and spikes. Other connections offered are USB Type-B and serial. Included with the power supply is the PowerPanel Business Edition UPS management software, which requires minimal system resources and monitors the status of the UPS to ensure it is working properly. When a power outage does occur, this software automatically saves open files and powers down the system into hibernation mode. When your PC is running in hibernation mode, the power supply will offer a longer runtime. This CyberPower UPS provides a lifetime connected equipment guarantee of up to $400,000. Please note that this UPS is not intended for use in critical care or life support applications. General FeaturesBattery Backup Provides power to cover shorter outages and supplies power long enough for equipment to properly shut down when utility power fails for longer periods of time. This also helps prevent loss of data and minimizes the component stress caused by a hard shutdown.Surge Protection Diverts excess voltage away from sensitive electronic equipment during an AC power surge or power spike to prevent damage.Line Interactive Topology Exists when a UPS has an autotransformer that regulates low voltages (brownouts) and over voltages (spikes) without having to switch to battery.Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) Provides clean, consistent AC power by automatically regulating low voltages and over voltages, within defined tolerances, when incoming utility power has minor fluctuations.UL 60601-1 Tested Meets all UL 60601-1 requirements necessary for use in patient-care environments.Hospital-Grade Plugs & Outlets Offers an added degree of safety and reliability to the input/output connections of hospital-grade equipment.Isolation Transformer Minimizes the current leakage and cumulative shock potential of connected equipment to below 100 A (microamps) and helps to alleviate line noise.Sealed LCD Screen Resists dirt, debris, and spray, and can withstand repeated cleaning procedures common to patient-care environments.Multifunction LCD Panel Displays immediate, detailed information on the UPS battery and power conditions, alerting users to potential problems before they can affect critical equipment and cause downtime.Quiet Design Minimizes noise during operation for a quieter patient environment.Replaceable Batteries Replaceable batteries can be quickly accessed and replaced by a qualified technician. Batteries are hot-swappable to eliminate unnecessary downtime.PowerPanel Business Edition Software Provides a user-friendly dashboard interface for controlling and monitoring the UPS. This software is available as a free download.Limited 3-Year Warranty CyberPower will repair or replace a defective UPS system (including batteries) within three years of the purchase date.
