FotodioX

Providing manual focus and aperture control, the all-metal Lens Adapter for Canon FD and FL 35mm SLRs from FotodioX allows you to use M42 Type 1 screw mount SLR lenses on Canon FD and FL 35mm SLR cameras. Certain imperfections and aberrations are vintage lenses' strong suit and the reason a select group of image makers seeks them. If you have a vintage lens, the adapter is your assurance that it won't be unusable with new camera mount designs.Mount Vintage Lenses on Digital Cameras Mirrorless cameras aren't only revolutionary because of their compact size; they're even more versatile for mounting lenses than their full-sized counterparts. Whether you're shooting digitally or on film, FotodioX offers strong support for mirrorless camera platforms with hundreds of options for mounting both modern and vintage lenses. Mix camera/lens platforms or reinvigorate vintage glass; FotodioX adapters deliver infinity focus, manual aperture control, and a sturdy build for lasting quality.Vintage Lens Qualities The imperfections and aberrations of older lenses are the very strengths that set them apart from modern lenses. Old lenses also let you change camera systems, or your mount can get retired, and your lenses can't be used.Versatile, Dependable, Adaptable Putting old lenses onto new, high-performance DSLR or mirrorless cameras seems counter-intuitive, but many older lenses can capture images that have that elusive quality known as character.Affordable and Easy to Use The FotodioX standard adapter is the ideal purchase for anyone who's new to using adapter systems, doesn't switch their lenses often, or is using off-brand lenses that may not have been machined to the exacting specs of the mount they were designed for.All-Metal Construction, Secure and Solid Fit Fotodiox Pro adapters feature all-metal construction without using plastic to create a secure connection between your glass and camera that will not degrade over time, keeping the lens-camera connection consistent every time you use it.
