The Meta Mount PL to Sony E-Mount Adapter from Chrosziel enables users to mount PL lenses on Sony E-mount cameras. The adapter supports metadata communication and can also provide ENG lens control via its 12-pin Hirose output when used with an optional cable that supports 12-pin Hirose connectivity. The E-mount side of the adapter is shimmable, and a shim set is included.When the adapter is used with LDS or Cooke /i data, it will transmit iris settings, focus distance, and zoom focal length to have these appear in the viewfinder, on a monitor, or to be recorded with the video file to be used for post.
