Icy Dock

The ExpressCage 4-Bay 2.5" SAS/SATA Drive Cage from Icy Dock occupies a desktop's 5.25" bay to provide your system with four hot-swap 2.5" storage drive bays. These four drive bays support internal 2.5" SSDs and HDDs that feature a SAS or SATA interface. Furthermore, the bays are able to accommodate 7 to 12.5mm tall drives. Mounting your drives is quick and easy with ExpressTrays. You can attach a drive to the ExpressTray by simply placing it downward into the built-in screws and pushing the rear tab. Screw holes are also available beneath the tray to provide additional stability. For cooling, a 40mm fan is on board while an adjustable speed jumper lets you set the fan's speed to High, Low, or Auto. Powering all four drives can be accomplished via a single 15-pin SATA power connector. Moreover, Active Power Technology keeps the enclosure powered down until a drive is inserted.None Supports up to four 2.5" SATA/SAS HDDs and SSDs into a single 5.25" bayNone Compatible with SATA III 6 Gbps or a SAS single channel (requires SAS host)None Hot-swappable bays for quick drive installationNone Accommodates 2.5" drives that are 7mm, 9mm, or 12.5mm tallNone Active Power Technology (APT) - only powers up if there is drive installed in the drive bayNone Removable ExpressTray system for tool-less, easy installation comparable to tray-less designsNone Bottom mounted screw holes for increased stabilityNone Blue indicator LED provided for each bayNone 40mm upgradeable fan for drive coolingNone 2-pin and 3-pin fan headers to support most aftermarket fan upgradesNone Single 15-pin SATA power connection powers all four drivesNone Locking latch design for both 7-pin SATA connector and 15-pin power adapterNone Fan speed control for High, Low, and Auto (smart cooling) settingsNone Metal case with heavy duty ABS tray and door latch
