Marshall's Photo Pencils are excellent quality, easy-grip pencils for handcoloring photos and enhancing the details or highlights in your prints. Photo pencils may be used with the oil paints or by themselves to create wonderful effects, and bring out the artist within. Dipping the pencils into Marshall's P.M. Solution will create more intense color and allow the color to blend easily.
