Silent Angel

Designed primarily for audio enthusiasts, the Bonn N16 LPS 16-Port Gigabit Network Switch from Silent Angel optimizes music streaming by minimizing noise and interference. The Bonn N16 LPS is comprised of two 8-port Gigabit Ethernet modules that may be connected in parallel or in series with your router. Additionally, each zone features an internal TCXO clock module, which minimizes latency issues and jitter effects. You can mount the Bonn N16 LPS onto a rack with the included kit.Optimized for Music Applications The Bonn N16 LPS is optimized for Roon infrastructure, supporting Roon Core servers and players. It is also designed to support high-resolution streaming from services such as Spotify, Tidal, and Qobuz. Or connect a NAS system to stream music locally. Two Network Zones Each zone contains an individual 8-port Gigabit Ethernet subsystem and clock module, which can effectively separate your audio devices from household traffic while reducing the impact from network broadcasting storms and latency.Parallel Connection Mode Connect each zone to an uplink router or switch individually to isolate each zone's network traffic. Audio devices may be separated in one zone while PCs and other devices are in the other zone.Series Connection Mode Connect one zone to an uplink router, then daisy chain both together to help further refine the network signals.High-Permeability EMI Absorbers Highly permeable EMI absorbers (120 at 1 MHz) are applied inside the system to reduce electrical interference.Built-in Advanced Linear Power Supply With Silent Angel's power stabilization technology, the AC power flows through the toroidal transformer along with high-quality power management and MOSFET components with fast response time.Internal Clock Module Each zone contains a linear-powered TXCO (Temperature Compensation Crystal Oscillator) module, which is 50x more precise than a general crystal clock, lowering latency issues and jitter effects.
