Silent Angel

Experience pristine music streaming by building a dedicated high resolution streaming network with the Bonn N8 Pro 8-Port Network Switch from Silent Angel. By isolating, filtering, and reducing noise, this switch delivers an audiophile-grade signal quality to connected components. Adorned with eight precisely spaced gold-plated Gigabit-speed RJ45 Ethernet ports, the Bonn N8 Pro is designed to minimize signal interference. Additionally, a gold-plated ground terminal provides further noise reduction. Choose between the built-in 10 MHz TCXO oscillator clock or an external world clock, connected through the gold-plated receiving input, to minimize network latency, phase noise, and jitter problems. This switch may be mounted onto a rack with the included kit.Advanced Design Built to minimize noise, the Bonn N8 Pro includes a radar-grade internal switching power supply module that's designed for noise-sensitive acoustic equipment. A 12V DC auxiliary power jack bypasses the internal switching power module, enabling connection to an external linear power supply to provide a major performance upgrade.TCXO Clock An internal 10 MHz TCXO (Temperature Compensation Crystal Oscillator) clock helps to eliminate extraneous frequencies and generate a precise clocking signal to significantly lower network latency issues and jitter effects. Power filtering technology helps to remove noise and crosstalk.Power Source Circuit for Switch Inside is an low-noise voltage regulator circuit that's capable of processing a wide dynamic power range and delivers a fast response time.Custom Power Module The wide dynamic range AC to DC power module provides stable, low-ripple-noise power with a secure protection circuit.AC Power Filter Circuit A high isolation common mode choke circuit for AC power input prevents noise pollution from sources such as other network connected devices and power systems.Noise Reduction A highly permeable EMI absorber eliminates electrical noise.Optimized for Music Applications The Bonn N8 Pro is optimized for Roon infrastructure, supporting Roon Core servers and players. It is also designed to support high-resolution streaming from services such as Spotify, Tidal, and Qobuz. Or connect a NAS system to stream music locally.Switchable LED Lights Keep the port status lights on or off while enjoying your music.
