Power your outdoor installations with the NetWaySP8WP2 8-Port Hardened Outdoor PoE++ Switch from ALTRONIX. Housed inside an IP66 rated box enclosure with internal surge protection, this switch provides high versatility for configuring your setup. The NetWaySP8WP2 has six 100 Mb/s compatible RJ45 ports and two Gigabit speed Ethernet ports. You can configure the switch to have all eight ports each provide up to 30W of power to compatible devices or have the two Gigabit ports each provide 60W. The total power budget is 240W and each port has a max range of 328 feet. Two SFP ports are available for 1 Gb/s fiber uplinks.Battery Charger The built-in 24VDC battery charger may be connected to a separately purchased LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate), sealed lead acid, or gel type battery for failover support.Protection Internal surge protection is accompanied by LINQ Technology, which allows you to monitor, control, and report power and diagnostics information from almost anywhere.
