Designed to create versatile lighting options with an IP65-rated housing for dust and rain protection, the OMNIRAY RGBW LED Luminaire from Portland Lights creates dimmable and bright color wash effects. This fixture is constructed with a powerful main 440W RGBWLA and a narrow 40W RGBW light source to produce an 8000-lumen output for illuminating indoor and outdoor productions. Suitable for concert stages and large productions, the OMNIRAY features 16-bit dimming and color mixing options with a high CRI 95 rating and silent fan mode to light a multitude of applications while maintaining accurate outputs. The light's 3.8 and 90 beam angles provide both narrow and broad lighting options. Incorporating multiple control options, including RDM, an optional CRMX module, and 8 DMX modes with 8-28 channels, it's simple to control the luminaire's color feedback system and mid-air effects. Designed with a magnetic lens overlay, it's quick and easy to attach separately available accessories for more refined outputs; the fixture includes an OMNICIRCLE decorative magnetic cover to protect the light when it's not in use. AC powered; the light includes a powerCON TRUE1 cable to withstand long hours of use. Use a separately available Omega bracket with 1/4 fast locks for an intuitive mounting option.Portman Color Feedback System Equipped with the Portman Color Feedback System, users can check the fixture's status without touching the light's OLED display or control buttons. Separated into 5 colored keys, each color represents a different fixture state to communicate its DMX signal status. This system also works when operating menus to indicate the parameters changed within each menu.DMX and RDM Control Modes The OMNIRAY's 5-pin DMX and RDM input and output methods are simple to use. The fixture has eight DMX personalities and supports RDM, which is an enhancement of the DMX-512 protocol that allows for bi-directional communication between DMX consoles and fixtures. While using RDM, users can change the fixture's options and DMX address without touching the fixture for simpler control. This luminaire offers operation modes, including DMX, Influencer, and Follower. To operate the fixture manually, use Influence mode to use the light without an external controlling signal and send a controlling signal on the DMX output socket. In Follower mode, the signal can control other units with the signal sent from a unit in Influencer mode. To use the fixture with the highest priority, the DMX mode will ensure that the light always reacts to the connected DMX signal regardless of the operating mode.Indoor and Outdoor Lighting Options Designed and constructed to perform in any environment, the OMNIRAY is suitable for indoor and outdoor productions to illuminate TV sets, photography shoots, and live concerts. Operating at 12.5 kHz, the light offers a flicker-free output and a silent fan mode for uninterrupted video recording and seamless lighting design.
