Description
The OR1500PFCLCD PFC Sinewave UPS from CyberPower is a mini-tower device with line-interactive topology that provides surge protection and battery backup via sinewave output for department servers, workgroup servers, workstations, network devices, telecom installations, and high-end audio/video equipment requiring PFC power source compatibility. It comes equipped with an output capacity of 1500 VA / 1050W, features an input voltage range of 78-142 VAC at 50-60 Hz, to help correct minor power fluctuations without switching to battery power, which helps extend battery life and is useful in area where power fluctuations occur, and also has integrated circuitry for EMI/RFI filters. This UPS provides an integrated LCD panel for displaying immediate and detailed information on the UPS battery and power conditions, alerting users to potential problems before they can affect critical equipment and cause downtime. When running with a full load, this UPS can power devices for up to 4 minutes. When running with a half load of 525W, it can power devices for up to 12.5 minutes. It can be recharged in around 8 hours and offers eight total NEMA 5-15R outlets that can absorb up to 1030 joules for keeping your devices safe against surges and spikes. To keep your devices powered during blackouts and brownouts, all eight outlets also provide battery power. Other connections offered are serial and USB Type-B. This power supply is ENERGY STAR qualified with GreenPower UPS Bypass technology for reducing energy consumption and heat buildup to help save energy costs. Included with the power supply is a free download of PowerPanel Business Edition UPS management software, which enables centralized power management, monitoring, control, and configuration. It also provides for the safe shutdown of connected servers, workstations, and other devices via a standard web browser or network management system (NMS), as well as allow admins to remotely manage each aspect of the UPS, facilitate the orderly automatic shutdown of connected equipment, prioritize outlets, and increase battery backup runtimes for the most critical equipment in the event of an extended power outage. This CyberPower UPS provides a limited lifetime connected equipment guarantee of up to $200,000, a limited 3-year product warranty and includes a USB Type-A to Type-B cable. General FeaturesBattery Backup Supplies power long enough for equipment to properly shut down when utility power fails. Helps prevent loss of data and minimizes the component stress caused by a hard shutdown.Surge Protection Diverts excess voltage away from sensitive electronic equipment during an AC power surge or power spike to help prevent damage.Line-Interactive Topology Exists when a line-interactive UPS has an auto-transformer that regulates low voltages, such as brownouts, and over voltages, such as spikes, without having to switch to its battery.Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) Provides clean, consistent AC power by automatically increasing (boosting) low voltage without using battery power when incoming utility power experiences minor fluctuations.Sine Wave Output Provides power protection to ENERGY STAR 6.0 systems with Active PFC power supplies.GreenPower UPS Bypass Design This is a patented design that allows utility power to bypass the UPS transformer when AC power is stable, which helps reduce energy consumption, noise, and heat buildup.EMI/RFI Filters Helps prevent electromagnetic and radio frequency interference to ensure clean power for connected equipment.Multi-Function LCD Panel Displays immediate, detailed information on the UPS battery and power conditions, alerting users to potential problems before they can affect critical equipment and cause downtime.Audible Alarms Identifies when the unit is running on battery power, has overloaded, or has a low battery.Resettable Circuit Breaker Interrupts an electric current in a circuit when the current becomes too high.Quiet Design Helps minimizes noise d
