Hot swapping is also supported, along with hardware-based RAID 0, 1, 10, and JBOD modes. Coming with a preinstalled standard profile bracket, this card also includes a low-profile bracket for easy deployment. This adapter is compatible with Windows XP and later, Windows Server 2003 and later, and macOS 10.6 and later. It can also be used with long-term support (LTS) versions of Linux 3.5.x to 4.11.x. Please note, this adapter card is tested to work with drives up to 4TB.HyperDup Auto-Tiering Utilizing HyperDuo technology, the SATA card supports SSD auto-tiering. Auto-tiering combines the performance advantages of SSD storage with the cost-effectiveness and large capacity of standard hard drives. HyperDuo discreetly works in the background to identify and move frequently accessed files to faster SSD drives for improved data throughput.
