Description
Designed for high-powered graphics cards and processors, the PRIME TX ATX 3.1 1600W 80 PLUS Titanium Modular Power Supply from SeaSonic features ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 compatibility, with a total power output of 1600W.It is equipped with native 12VHPWR connectors, Digital Fan Control, and Japanese electrolytic capacitors that are rated up to 221 F for long-term durability. This power supply has one M/B connector, three EPS 12V / ATX 12V connectors, two 12V 2x6 connectors, six PCI-E connectors, 16 SATA connectors, two SATA 3.3 connectors, and three 4-Pin connectors. It stays cool using a 135mm fan with fluid dynamic bearings. Fully modular design let you to pick and choose the cables you need, allowing for better organization.80 PLUS Platinum The PRIME Platinum Series achieves 80 PLUS Platinum certification with its 94% efficiency at 50% system load.Micro Tolerance Load Regulation SeaSonic's latest design keeps the output voltage within a tight range, achieving under 0.5% load regulation.Digital Hybrid Fan Control Hybrid mode offers a state-of-the-art digital fan control that enables users to keep overall fan noise at the lowest possible level.Fluid Dynamic Bearing High-performance Fluid Dynamic Bearing (FDB) fans are designed to take advantage of the impact absorbance effects of oil. They are extremely reliable and generate less operating noise and heat than ball bearing fans, with lubrication that reduces friction and vibration and lowers overall power consumption. Due to the effortless, quieter rotations and its robust construction, this reliable fan technology also greatly increases the lifespan of the fan.How It Works When the fan shaft rotates, high pressure oil drifts along the grooves of the bearing sleeve to generate a thin layer of lubrication between the bearing faces. As the speed increases, so does dynamic oil pressure, and the shaft is lifted from the bearing to create smooth, effortless rotations. The herringbone shape of the groves helps to efficiently channel the lubricant and avert leakage.
