The Kramer DVI over Twisted Pair Receiver is used to receive DVI signals sent over a twisted pair cable. Supporting a maximum data rate of up to 1.65Gbps, the receiver accepts input signals up to UXGA resolutions. Converting the twisted pair signal back to DVI, the receiver offers a maximum range of up to 330 (100m) for SXGA or up to 256 (80m) for UXGA resolutions using the shielded BC-DGKat723 cable.With EDID PassThru, the Twisted Pair Receiver passes the EDID/HDCP signals from source to display for avoiding compatibility issues with the connected display. The transmitter requires a 12V DC power supply (included) for operation. Power Connect System allows both the transmitter and the receiver to be powered with a single connection when the units are within 270 (90m) of each other.
