The KipperTie Chin Strap for RED KOMODO is an accessory mounting bracket designed to fit your RED KOMODO and Adapta RF/PL or Revolva RF/PL mounts. In addition to providing a secure mounting platform for the adapters, it provides rigid support for your lenses and provides 1/4"-20 accessory mounting points along the side risers. The risers also provide additional M4 threaded accessory mounting points on both sides to replicate the camera's accessory mounting points used to attach the chin strap to your camera. The Adapta or Revolva mounts can be unfastened with a 2.5mm hex driver and removed if necessary without removing the chin strap.
