The Cavision RQ1580R Reversed Version Quick Release Plate, Riser & Bracket is designed for smaller cameras (miniDV, HDV, and DSLR video cameras) with short lenses. The balance bracket fits 15mm rods (not included), and its vertically adjustable riser raises a camera to the appropriate height to accommodate accessories such as follow focus devices and matte boxes. The aluminum camera plate has a quick-release function to enable a fast change in camera setup. The plate's unique locating pin enhances the RQ1580R assembly's stability. The balance bracket has tripod connection threads for 1/4" and 3/8" screws, which makes it compatible with most professional and consumer tripods.
