Designed for desktop use in podcasting or for miking kick drums and guitar amplifier cabinets in both studio and live settings, the Shure by Gator SH-DESKTOP2 Desktop/Floor Microphone Stand with Boom delivers reliable performance through its durable steel construction. Its weighted, non-slip square base features a vibration-absorbing rubber gasket, ensuring stability and minimizing unwanted noise. The stand is equipped with a grip twist clutch, allowing for smooth and secure height adjustments between 11.5 and 14.25". Its telescoping boom arm offers excellent flexibility, enabling precise mic positioning with adjustable angle, rotation, and length all while keeping the base clear of performers and instruments. Finished in sleek black, this versatile stand blends seamlessly into studio, live-venue, or streaming setups. It is compatible with both 3/8"-16 and standard 5/8"-27 threaded mic clips and mounts. For added convenience, an integrated cable guide helps keep your workspace tidy by reducing cable clutter.
