The integrated 8' power cord has a NEMA 5-20P input connection and uses 120V at 50/60 Hz 3 Hz. This Smart-UPS operates with up to 97.5% efficiency and can last for up to 5.4 minutes under a full load and up to 15.9 minutes with a half load. The battery is hot-swappable, user-replaceable, can be recharged in up to 3 hours, and has a life of 3-5 years. Included PowerChute Network Shutdown management software helps to provide unattended, yet proper shutdowns of network operating systems, and also included is a pre-installed APC AP9631 Network Management Card, rackmount support rails and hardware, and a USB cable. Support is provided by a limited 3-year repair or replace warranty that excludes the battery, as a limited 2-year battery warranty, and a $150,000 equipment protection policy.
