SPX2-TA3

Evno Microphone Systems

The Evno SPX2-TA3 double microphone system is meticulously handcrafted in the USA, specifically designed to capture the full nuance and character of the soprano saxophone. This configuration includes a TA3 to TA3 cable for AKG and other compatible wireless transmitters. Featuring a dual-element configuration, the SPX2 delivers an authentic, uncolored sound with a predetermined frequency blend emphasizing tone over the keys while maintaining balance at the bell. The result is an open, detailed sound with maximum gain before feedback, suitable for soloists, section players, and high-energy horn bands alike.Flexible Placement and Secure Mounting The SPX2 utilizes the Evno SX-CL Clamp, a lightweight, spring-loaded aluminum clamp with a reinforcement screw for added security in high-movement performances. The dual gooseneck setup 5.5 and 4" Flex-Stay goosenecks allows fine-tuned mic positioning above the keys and in front of the bell while ensuring player comfort and instrument freedom. The quick-release design allows fast instrument changes while maintaining consistent mic placement.Includes TA3 to TA3 Cable for AKG Transmitters This version of the SPX2 ships with a TA3 to TA3 cable for AKG and McCormick wireless bodypack transmitters. The modular design allows players to move between traditional wired setups (with the separately available PS95 power supply / preamp) and flexible wireless configurations with minimal effort. Optional packages are available for different wireless configurations.Details Designed for soprano saxophoneDual-microphone system for natural soundBalanced frequency capture over keys and bellLightweight SX-CL clamp with quick releaseReinforcement screw for secure placement5.5 and 4" Flex-Stay goosenecksSuspension-mounted capsule with replaceable O-ringsIncludes TA3 cable for AKG and McCormick wireless bodypack transmittersIncludes leather carrying pouch
