The V BOT Robotic Pan & Tilt Head from SalrayWorks is a motorized pan/tilt robotic head boasting very smooth and quiet operation and supporting cameras up to 6.6 lb. The V BOT stores up to 10 preset positions that can be quickly recalled with an accuracy of 0.1 , and it can memorize the exact position of the previous subject for immediate shooting.The head features a panning range from 0 to 340 , and it tilts down 35 and up 20 at up to 15 per second. The unit supports HDMI passthrough with reclocking at up to 4K60 resolution. It also supports powering the head via PoE+ (Power over Ethernet) to facilitate powering it from a distance. Zoom, iris, and focus control of the camera being used can also be achieved by connecting via the integrated LANC port, or you can utilize IP control protocols, including VISCA over IP or Canon XC.HDMI Reclocking The V BOT provides HDMI 2.0 passthrough, allowing you to regenerate the HDMI signal by reshaping and retiming it, \correcting any timing errors or jitter. This function prevents issues like pixelation, color inaccuracies, or signal loss.Remote Control Options You can remotely control your camera via the head using IP communications protocols. The Canon XC protocol provides control of various functions on Canon cameras, such as zoom, focus, aperture, and recording start/stop while storing PTZ (pan/tilt/zoom) values of the V BOT. Supported Canon cameras include the XF605, C70, C300 Mark III, C500 Mark II, and C400. The V BOT is also compatible with Sony's LANC protocol for remote control of basic camcorder functions, including start/stop recording and zoom. The Sony Multiport interface provides data transfer and power delivery for Sony cameras, such as the Alpha series, RX series, Handycam series, and FX3, using a separately available LANC-to-Multi cable. You can also utilize VISCA-over-IP for control as well as the Sharon proSTICK controller.Power Options You can operate a 6W PTZ camera using PoE+ over a single Ethernet cable on a supported network. You can also utilize a separately available 12V power supply for redundant power.Presets Ten used-defined presets allow you to customize shooting settings with less than 0.1 accuracy for quick movements in dynamic shooting environments.
