Ideal for providing efficient and potent bass within RCF installed sound systems, the S 29 is a high-powered bass reflex subwoofer two 19" HyperVented neodymium woofers, a 4" high-excursion voice coil, and up to 3000W RMS power handling. Sporting a bass reflex design for efficient acoustic reproduction down to 25 Hz, this sub is an optimal choice for medium-sized venues.Impressive specs include a wide 25 to 200 Hz frequency range, and a max SPL of 143 dB. The plywood cabinet is coated in polyurea for durability, while the front grille consists of a black powder coated steel mesh. The S 29 features an M20 pole socket on the top and supports ground stacking or use in line arrays for cardioid transmission. The input and output are provided via reliable speakON NL4 connections. Handles are provided on both sides for easy transport.Advanced Transducer Technology S Series subwoofers incorporate the latest transducer technology from RCF's labs. The 19" cone size is the ideal balance between the traditional high-speed 18 and the slower 21 and inherits the best characteristics of the two sizes.Employing lightweight aluminum core coils, high-damping cellulose cone material, composite spiders, and a four-layer inside-outside voice coil, the ultra-long excursion moving mass (2.5" safe peak to peak) gains high power with fast acceleration. Despite their small and lightweight footprints, S 29 produces powerful yet articulate bass, remaining true to even the most subtle low-frequency variations.Polyurea Coating S Series enclosures are finished with a highly durable polyurea coating that provides excellent waterproofing and corrosion protection. The coating also withstands abrasion, impacts, mechanical stress, and its high elasticity maintains flexibility, even in low temperatures. It also exhibits strong chemical resistance and does not emit any VOCs (volatile organic compounds), making it environmentally friendly and safe for human health.
