Description
The Evno SX-W2 system combines the Evno SX saxophone microphone with Evno's dual-channel W2 wireless system to deliver high-quality sound in a reliable, rackmount-ready format. Ideal for live performance, remote recording, and stage setups where speed and portability matter, this all-in-one system ensures natural acoustic tone with wireless freedom. The W2 dual-channel wireless system offers true flexibility with independent control of two microphones ideal for players who need expanded wireless setups. Please note that a second, separately available, transmitter/microphone combination is required to access the second channel on the W2 receiver.SX Microphone for Alto, Tenor & Baritone Saxophone Specifically tuned for saxophone, the SX microphone captures the full range of the instrument from the low bark of a bari to the brightness of alto without saturation or high-end feedback. Its precision-machined body features vented construction and is suspended in a 7-point O-ring system to reduce mechanical noise while maintaining clarity. The integrated Flex-Stay gooseneck holds its position reliably while remaining lightweight and fully adjustable. Terminated with a 3-pin mini-XLR connector, the mic supports wireless use with the included Evno A1 transmitter and wired use with the separately available PS95 phantom power adapter.SX-CL Bell Clamp The SX-CL clamp is spring-loaded for easy attachment to flanged bell instruments like alto, tenor, and baritone saxophones. The clamp also allows the player to integrate the soprano saxophone models as well if desired. A reinforcement screw provides added stability for active stage movement, while the padded jaws protect your instrument. The same clamp accommodates SPX1 and SPX2 microphones, offering versatile use across multiple horns.Dual Wireless with Separate Outputs At the heart of the system is the W2 dual-channel receiver, which supports two microphone transmitters at once. Simply add an additional Evno mic and transmitter combination for compact, dual-channel performance that accommodates two performers simultaneously. Independent XLR outputs allow for separate EQ and volume control of each channel, with a 328-foot wireless range and dual antennas providing stable, dropout-free performance. The system is well suited for live shows, ensemble settings, and multi-instrument performances.Compact Receiver with Rackmount Kit The half-rack receiver is built into a metal chassis and includes a rackmounting kit and BNC extension cables. The antennas feature BNC locking connectors for rear or remote mounting. An LCD display provides clear readings of frequency, audio, and RF levels, while dual XLR outputs and a single 1/4" output offer flexible connection options.Details Tuned for alto, tenor, and baritone saxophonesSpring-loaded clamp with secure grip and lock screw holds mic and transmitter, no beltpack requiredPrecision-machined mic body with 7-point suspension to reduce handling noise5.5" Flex-Stay gooseneck for stable positioningFeedback resistant: high gain before feedbackDual-channel receiver with separate XLR outputs for each mic and transmitter combinationHalf-rack receiver chassis with included rackmount kit99 selectable UHF channels and quick IR component syncCompatible with wired systems using PS95 (available separately)Expandable: use with up to 5 systems simultaneouslyReceiver also works with A2, AH, and A4 transmitters; works alongside Air and W1 receiversMade in the USA
