From Vigitron, the MaxiiPower IEEE 802.3af 12 VDC PoE Splitter separates PoE from Ethernet data when used with a PoE switch or PoE midspan, and it regulates the PoE high voltage to 12 VDC. It's designed to power non-PoE IP devices and can provide 12 VDC at up to 13W. The output voltage is selected by a slide switch. The splitter is equipped with overcurrent protection to safeguard connected devices and can operate at an extended temperature of -40 to 185 F.
