The VALOI easy35 35mm Half-Frame Holder allows you to scan 35mm half-frame film at optimal quality, masking off extra light and shortening the film path for optimal flatness. The holder fits into the easy35 Scanning System by releasing a single screw, sliding out the existing holder, and sliding in this new holder.This holder employs a double-S curve design, where the slit that the film is passed through curves before and after the scanning gate. Bending the film slightly in one direction on both sides of the film achieves greater flatness than would be possible with a straight slit. The gate dimensions are approximately 25.7 x 21mm, allowing you to see the whole frame with a small border.
