Vienna Symphonic Library

The electronic download of the Studio Special Edition Bundle from Vienna Symphonic Library delivers a large-scale orchestra with a staggering 157 instruments and ensembles with a broad range of playing techniques. This collection can be used on Mac or Windows computers for applications such as film production, broadcast TV, music production, and more.In this collection, the strings offer a variety of choices and timbres, from solo instruments to small ensembles, and from regular ensemble sizes to very large string sections, played with and without sordino (muted). Choose from more than 35 different string presets to get started right away. All woodwinds are available as two different solo instruments and as ensembles of three musicians. All possible secondary instruments that a modern, large orchestra might include are present as well, from the piccolo clarinet to the bass oboe. The brass instruments include two different solo instruments of horns and trumpets as well as two section sizes of up to eight musicians. A host of secondary instruments rounds out the massive brass section with six instruments that belong to the trumpet family and four different types of tubas. The percussion portion offers two different sets of instruments like the classic, relatively dry recordings from the Silent Stage, as well as the essential drum and percussion instruments (including timpani) that were recorded at Synchron Stage Vienna, showcasing the ambience of the scoring stages. Finally, a real gem of the Studio Special Editions bundle is the added Synchron Concert Steinway & Sons D-274 piano with 30 velocities. You'll find six more keyboard instruments, choir, solo voices, and plucked instruments in this collection.Includes Studio Special Edition Vol 1: Essential OrchestraStudio Special Edition Vol 2: Extended OrchestraStudio Special Edition Vol 3: Extended StringsStudio Special Edition Vol 4: Special Winds and VoicesStudio Special Edition Vol 5: Dimension StringsStudio Special Edition Vol 6: Dimension BrassStudio Special Edition Vol 7: Historic InstrumentsSolo Strings Violin 1Violin 2ViolaVioloncello 1Violoncello 2Double bassChamber Strings Violin ensemble (6 players)Viola ensemble (4 players)Cello ensemble (3 players)Double bass ensemble (2 players)Orchestral Strings Violin ensemble (14 players)Viola ensemble (10 players)Cello ensemble (8 players)Double bass ensemble (6 players)Appassionata Strings Violin ensemble (20 players)Viola ensemble (14 players)Cello ensemble (12 players)Double bass ensemble (10 players)Harps Harp 1Harp 2Woodwinds PiccoloFlute 1Flute 2Flute ensemble (3 players)Alto fluteBass fluteFrench oboeViennese oboeOboe ensemble (3 players)Oboe d'AmoreEnglish horn (French)English horn (Viennese)HeckelphoneSmall clarinet in EbNew: Clarinet in Bb 2Clarinet in BbClarinet ensemble (3 players)Basset hornBass clarinetContrabass clarinetBassoon 1Bassoon 2Bassoon ensemble (3 players)ContrabassoonSoprano saxophoneAlto saxophoneTenor saxophoneBaritone saxophoneBass saxophoneBrass Piccolo trumpetTrumpet in CTrumpet in BbAdded: Trumpet in Bb 2 mutedTrumpet ensemble (3 players)Fanfare trumpets (6 players)CornetFlugelhornBass trumpetAlto tromboneTenor tromboneTrombone ensemble (3 players)Bass tromboneContrabass tromboneTriple hornViennese hornHorn ensemble (4 players)Epic Horn (8 players)EuphoniumBass tubaContrabass tubaWagner TubaCimbassoSynchron Percussion TimpaniBass drumSnare drumTambourineConcert tomsPiattiCymbalTam-tamPercussion CelestaGlockenspielXylophoneVibraphoneMarimbaTimpaniTaiko drumsBass drumSnare drumSnare drum ensembleConcert tomGongsSuspended cymbalsA-due cymbalsTam-tamThundersheetRailsMetal chimesTable castanetsTriangleTubular BellsPlate BellsVoices Vienna ChoirVienna Solo VoicesKeyboards Synchron Concert D-274 LightB sendorfer Imperial Grand PianoVienna Konzerthaus OrganHarpsichordHarmoniumPrepared PianoGuitars Electric guitar (Overdrive)Concert guitarUpright BassOther Glass harmonica
