This 49mm HD MkII IRND Neutral Density Filter Kit from Hoya is made up of a 3-stop, a 6-stop, and a 10-stop neutral density filter in a convenient wallet. The filters can be used individually or in combination to achieve longer exposure times or wider lens apertures for finer exposure control. Using a longer shutter speed makes it possible to increase blur to convey a sense of movement. Increased density also makes it possible to shoot using wider lens apertures, helping to isolate a subject from the background and increasing bokeh. Hoya uses ACCU-ND technology to provide an even light reduction throughout the visible light spectrum and up into the higher IR spectrum.
